Please bring any interesting beverages of your choice that you wish to enjoy or to share.

Brazil's national cocktail, the Caipirinha, made with cachaça, sugar, and lime, will be available for you to enjoy, courtesy of Mike.

And a special selection of wines highlighting the region will also be available, courtesy of Duncan and Caron.

A Delicious Array of Food:

Asado is an event that can’t be constrained by time or space. It’s a state of mind.

There is no formal dinner, no set agenda.

Food will start coming off the fire around 1 PM and you can eat what you want, when you want, and come and go as you please.
