Manatee ReflectionThis manatee wasn't shy and swam right up to me. I like the reflection of the manatee on the surface of the water.
Manatee and SnorkelerMy friend and I followed this manatee for close to an hour while it enjoyed munching on the sea grass in Kings Bay. Getting a good photo took patience as the best shots came when the manatee came to the surface to breath.I love this shot because you can see the true size of the manatee compared to my snorkel buddy, and the sunlight dancing in the water adds a bit of magic as well.
Heading OutThis manatee had enough of nap time and made a beeline for the spring exit. Fortunately he swam right by me on his way out!
